Terms of Service

The rules of the road for using SleuthX. Last updated 2026-05-04.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://sleuthx.ai, the SleuthX AI agent (when launched), and any related services we provide directly to you (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are operated by Blueberry Security Global, Inc., a Delaware C-corporation ("SleuthX," "we," "us").

By using the Services, joining the waitlist, paying for a reservation, or subscribing after launch, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. The Services are not directed to minors. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Open alpha — use at your own discretion

The SleuthX AI agent is currently in open alpha at sleuthx.ai/app. The agent is live and open to anyone who wants to try it. It is in active development. Methodology, capabilities, feature set, and pricing may evolve as we ship.

AI output disclaimer. The SleuthX agent is a probabilistic system. It can make mistakes — including misclassifying incidents, hallucinating details, producing incomplete analysis, or generating findings that look authoritative but are wrong. Blueberry Security Global, Inc. is not responsible for losses, harms, or decisions arising from AI mistakes during the alpha stage. Do not rely on agent output as the sole basis for legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, or evidentiary decisions. Verify any forensic finding with a credentialed practitioner before acting, filing, or producing in any proceeding. If your situation involves active risk to person or property, contact emergency services or a licensed professional.

By using the agent during the open alpha you acknowledge that the system is experimental, that errors are expected, and that you accept this risk. We may change, pause, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice during the alpha.

4. Subscription tiers and reservations

Reservations are made through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule disclosed at checkout.

Each tier includes a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your card is charged monthly. You can cancel at any time before launch and receive a full refund of any amounts already paid; cancellation after launch is governed by Section 5.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Before launch: you may cancel any reservation at any time and receive a full refund of all amounts paid since reservation.

After launch: subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by emailing quinn@sleuthx.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period; we do not prorate partial-month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations except where required by law.

We may issue refunds at our discretion for service failures, billing errors, or other good-faith reasons. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge.

6. What the subscription does and does not include

The subscription provides access to the SleuthX AI agent and the features included in your tier (intake, triage, monitoring, investigation tooling, or enterprise practitioner features as applicable).

The subscription does not, by itself, constitute a forensic engagement, an attorney-client relationship, an expert-witness retention, or any legally privileged relationship. If you require court-admissible forensic work product, expert-witness testimony, or any service intended to be relied upon in legal proceedings, that work must be scoped under a separate written engagement letter executed before the work begins. Output from the AI agent alone is intended to assist your decision-making and is not a substitute for a credentialed forensic examiner's signed report.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules and to report violations to the appropriate authorities.

8. Your account and credentials

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at quinn@sleuthx.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. Given the nature of our practice, you should expect that we will treat any credential compromise on our infrastructure with the same forensic discipline we apply to client engagements.

9. Intellectual property

The SleuthX brand, the AI agent, the underlying methodology, the website, and all content we publish remain the property of Blueberry Security Global, Inc.. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Services for their intended purpose while your subscription is active.

Information you provide to the Services (account inputs, case-relevant data, files you upload) remains yours. By using the Services you grant us a limited license to process that information solely to provide the Services to you and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not use your information to train AI models without your explicit consent.

10. No warranty

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

The AI agent's output is produced by a probabilistic system. It is intended to assist, not replace, qualified human judgment. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100).

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY (CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE).

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations. In those jurisdictions, the limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blueberry Security Global, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Services, or (c) your violation of any third party's rights or any applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and cancel your subscription per Section 5. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, abusive behavior, or to comply with legal obligations. Upon termination, the licenses granted under Section 9 end and any provisions that by their nature should survive termination (limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution, IP ownership) will survive.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as the Services evolve. Material changes will be announced on the site and (for waitlist members and subscribers) by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that is not resolved through good-faith negotiation will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Wilmington, Delaware (or remotely, by mutual agreement).

Class action waiver: claims may be brought only in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.

Opt-out: you may opt out of the arbitration agreement and class action waiver by emailing quinn@sleuthx.aiwith "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject line within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring a claim in small-claims court if eligible, and either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

17. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blueberry Security Global, Inc. regarding the Services, and supersede any prior agreements. Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, or joint venture between us.
