A device is one phone, tablet or computer. It comes with the accounts you name on it.
We examine only a device you own. Before we start, you sign a form stating that you own it.
Not sure? Call, or choose the option that covers what you have. If two fit, choose the smaller.
This is your request, not the agreed scope. We confirm scope in writing before we start, and if what you want is outside what we can honestly do, we say so and refund you rather than bill it.
We do not recover lost money.

What happens next
After you sign and pay, we contact you the same business day, by phone or email. We confirm the scope in writing before any work starts.
Refunds in plain words
You can cancel within seven days of signing, or until we log our first hour of work, whichever comes first. You get your money back, less any hours already worked, at the hourly rate stated in the letter.
After that, you get back the part of the fee for work not yet done.
Whatever your state's law gives you on top of that, you keep.
Before disputing a charge with your bank, please email us first. We answer within ten business days, and would rather fix it than fight it.
Expert testimony (Option E) has its own cancellation terms, shown beside it in the letter.
