Infidelity Investigation Referral

Suspect infidelity? We refer to a licensed Florida PI for the surveillance work.

Suspect infidelity? We coordinate referrals to a discreet, licensed Florida private investigator who handles the infidelity investigation under their license.

Plain terms

What we are, and what we are not

What we are

A digital forensics practice with an AI investigator at the center. Credentialed examiners, documented chain of custody, explainable findings you can verify, and court-admissible reports under FRE 901/902. When field work is needed — backgrounds, locates, physical surveillance — we coordinate with licensed private investigators. Lawful, confidential, on your side.

What we are not

Spyware, stalkerware, or a way to secretly monitor another person. We do not “hack back,” promise guaranteed money recovery, or touch any account or device without its owner's lawful authorization. We decline engagements that ask us to.

If a current or former partner may be monitoring your phone or accounts, your safety comes first. Start at our domestic-violence safety page. It has a Quick Exit button, no ad tracking, and guidance on using a device the other person cannot see.

Infidelity surveillance is a licensed-PI service. We refer.

We do not perform private investigation field work in Florida. When a matter requires surveillance to confirm or rule out infidelity, we coordinate with a licensed Florida private investigator in our network. They run the surveillance under their license, with their contract and their report. Quinn coordinates the introduction; the licensed PI handles the case directly with you, and discreetly.

Where this gets useful is the pairing.

Many infidelity matters have both a physical surveillance dimension and a digital one covering deleted messages, hidden chat apps, secret accounts, shared-device activity.

That digital half is a digital infidelity investigation, and it is the lane we own: the licensed partner runs the field surveillance, we run the forensics, and your attorney gets a complete picture.

The digital half’s full scope, covering evidence types, the legal groundwork, and state consent rules, is on our infidelity digital forensics page.

How the referral works

  1. You contact us. NDA-protected. Discreet from the first conversation.
  2. We scope the matter. The pattern you have noticed, the timeline, what you need to confirm or rule out.
  3. We introduce you to a licensed FL PI partner. Specialist in domestic surveillance with a track record in Florida family-court matters.
  4. The partner engages you directly. Their license, their contract, their investigative report.

What we do, what the partner does

Who this is for

Spouses and partners gathering evidence for divorce, custody, or alimony decisions.

Family-law attorneys building a litigation file before mediation or trial.

Prenuptial enforcement matters where infidelity is a contractual trigger.

We coordinate the partner.

Your attorney coordinates strategy.

Why a referral, not direct delivery

Florida Statute 493 reserves surveillance work for Class C licensees.

Rather than stretch our digital forensics practice into surveillance work it was not built for, we keep the disciplines separate.

You get a domestic surveillance specialist for the field portion and a digital forensics specialist for the device portion.

Cross-references

What this costs

PI-partner field rates are set by the partner.

Florida surveillance typically runs one hundred and twenty-five to two hundred and fifty dollars per investigator-hour, with a typical domestic budget from twenty hours up and a written estimate before the retainer.

We do not mark up partner fees.

The SleuthX digital-forensics companion is examiner-delivered, under our own engagement letter.

On a relationship matter we examine only devices and accounts you own or are legally authorized to access. There is no run-it-yourself option here.

We open the digital matter with a $5,000 refundable engagement retainer; done-for-you forensics run from $3,000, with $400/hr flat for anything beyond, including expert-witness testimony.

For a divorce or custody file we work under your attorney’s direction, which keeps the findings privileged and defensible.

Frequently asked about infidelity investigation referrals

Is anything on this page legal advice?
No. Nothing here is legal advice, and we are not a law firm. Whether any particular step is lawful in your situation is a question for a Florida attorney. We coordinate a licensed PI for the field work, and we provide digital forensics only on devices and accounts you own or are legally authorized to access.
Does an infidelity investigation still matter in a Florida divorce?
Whether, and how, evidence of infidelity bears on your case is a judgment for your divorce attorney — not one we make. What we and the licensed PI provide is the factual record: documented surveillance and, where lawful and authorized, digital findings. Your attorney decides how that fits your strategy.
Will the evidence hold up in a Florida divorce?
We and the licensed PI prepare the work to support admissibility — documented methodology, a preserved chain of custody on photos and video, a formal investigative report, and testimony to what the partner personally observed. Whether evidence is admitted is always the court’s decision and a question for your attorney; we do not promise an outcome. We pair the field report with our digital forensics findings when a matter has both physical and digital evidence.
Can I put a GPS tracker on my spouse's car, or record their conversations?
Do not do either yourself, and get legal advice before you act. Whether GPS tracking or a recording is lawful turns entirely on your specific facts, and that is a question for your attorney and the licensed PI — not advice we give. The licensed PI works within the law and will tell you what is and is not on the table; surveillance is observation-based, and the partner does not put you in a position to break the law.
What does an infidelity investigation usually cost?
Pricing is set by the licensed PI partner. Florida hourly rates for surveillance typically run from one hundred and twenty-five to two hundred and fifty dollars per investigator-hour, plus mileage and expenses. A typical domestic surveillance budget starts at twenty hours and scales from there. The partner gives you a written estimate before any retainer is collected.
What if I think there is digital evidence on the phone or in the accounts?
That is our lane. If you suspect deleted texts, hidden chat apps, secret email accounts, or shared-account access being used to conceal the relationship, we run digital forensics. We can recover deleted messages, surface hidden apps, and document account access patterns. Pair the partner's surveillance with our forensic phone extraction and you have both halves of the picture.
Do you take cases where the spouse is the same gender as the client?
Yes. The partners we refer to handle infidelity work without judgment about who the spouse is or who the affair partner is. The framework is the same: confirm or rule out the suspected behavior, document it inside Florida law, and produce a report you and your attorney can use.
